Clients who move at different speeds
An IT services firm rarely has one kind of client. One account wants every change written up, reviewed and signed off before anyone touches a server. Another is growing quickly and sends five new requests a day by email, chat and the occasional phone call. Both are paying for attention, and both expect their contract terms to be met.
When all of that lands in one shared queue, the client who asks most often gets the engineers, and the careful client's work slides without anyone deciding it should. The first sign is usually an uncomfortable account review.
ShipSprint gives each client its own project and board, with per-column WIP limits, so a full queue for one account is visible before it starts taking capacity promised to another. Requests from every client arrive in a triage inbox, where a delivery lead sizes them and routes them to the right board, rather than whoever saw the email first picking them up.
When a client asks for the record
Colorado has a long-established aerospace and defense industry, and a services firm with clients in or near it, or in any regulated field, will be asked to show who did what and when. A sprint board that only shows the current state of a ticket doesn't answer that.
On Business, the workspace audit log keeps that record, and people can sign in with Google or Microsoft, so access follows the accounts your firm already manages. On every plan, each workspace is an isolated tenant, every user can turn on two-factor authentication, and the whole workspace can be exported as JSON if a client asks for its history.
If a client contract limits which vendors may see its data, read the sub-processor list before any of that client's details go into a ticket. ShipSprint doesn't claim certifications, and you shouldn't assume any on a client's behalf.
Running a multi-client bench day to day
On Team and up, an engineer logs time in about five seconds beside the ticket just closed. Because each ticket sits in a client's project, timesheets arrive sorted by account.
A missing day prompts the person who forgot, not their manager, so the timesheet gets fixed without an escalation.
Waiting on a VPN account or a password from the client's side? One tap on "I'm blocked" pulls in the person who can chase it, with the ticket attached.
The manager dashboard on Team and up shows load across every client, with capacity planning that counts approved leave and out-of-office.
Client runbooks and handover notes live in the built-in wiki with page history. Any step can be turned into a task on that client's board.
Capacity across a client's calendar and yours
A support contract doesn't stop for a holiday, but staffing does. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave, so the rota for Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July and the end-of-December holidays is planned around the engineers who are actually on.
On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as sprints close, so a fixed-scope project that's running slow shows up while there's still time to raise a change request. Scorecards there are adjusted for leave and visible to the engineer they describe. Nothing records screens, keystrokes or activity.
Before a Denver IT firm signs up
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in the US, and support runs by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 12 hours 30 minutes ahead of Denver in winter and 11 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Replies usually come the same working day in India, which is overnight for you, so raise setup questions with full details at the end of your day rather than in the middle of a client cutover.
Billing. You pay per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to dollars. How sales tax applies to a service bought from abroad is for your accountant to confirm.
Data protection. The US has no single federal privacy law. State laws such as California's CCPA and sector rules such as HIPAA may apply depending on whose data your clients hold. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against those rules and each master services agreement.
Questions from Denver IT companies
Neither. You pay per seat: ₹299 per user per month on Team, which allows up to 100 projects, or ₹599 on Business, with unlimited projects.
New requests go into the triage inbox, where your team decides what gets scheduled and on which client's board. That keeps intake in one place instead of spread across inboxes.
Business, at ₹599 per user per month, or ₹6,499 per user per year. It also adds sign-in with Google or Microsoft, delivery forecasts, scorecards and priority support.
On Team and up, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity connect over MCP and can only do what that engineer could do. On Business, their actions appear in the audit log. Whether a client allows AI tools on its work is for your contract to say.
The 14-day trial gives the full Business plan with a sample project and no card. If you don't upgrade, the workspace continues on Free with nothing deleted. See the pricing page.
