Pick the plan for the stage you're at

Early on, the risk with a project tool is paying for features a five-person team won't use for a year. ShipSprint's plans are split so you can start small and move up when there's a reason.

Free is ₹0 for up to 5 users and 2 projects, with every project template and community support, and no time limit. It covers the core boards, which is enough to keep a small team's backlog and current work in one place. It doesn't include time tracking, GitHub, forecasts or AI assistants.

Team is ₹299 per user per month, or ₹2,899 per user per year, for up to 40 users and 100 projects. This is where GitHub integration, time tracking and timesheets, the manager dashboard, capacity planning, email digests and AI assistant access start.

Business is ₹599 per user per month and adds delivery forecasts, scorecards, the owner command center with a Monday digest, the workspace audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft, priority support and unlimited projects. You may not need it on day one.

Try it with your own teamEvery plan starts with 14 days of the full Business plan, a sample project loaded and no card needed.

When software has to meet a hardware date

Munich is a major centre for automotive and engineering companies, and a startup selling to them, or building a device of its own, often has a software deadline set by someone else's schedule: a pilot with an industrial customer, a prototype that has to run at a demo, a production sample. The software scope has to flex, because the date won't.

WIP limits help a tiny team see when it has started more than it can finish. A triage inbox stops every request from a pilot customer landing directly on the one engineer who knows that part of the code. Once you're on Business, delivery forecasts from measured velocity show whether the remaining scope fits before the deadline, recalculated as each sprint closes.

The built-in wiki, with page history, is where you write down why you chose a sensor, a protocol or a cloud provider. When an investor or a new hire asks a year later, the reasoning is still there, and any sentence on a page can become a task.

A small company, every function

Beyond the engineering board

Templates for engineering, HR, marketing and operations, on the same subscription.

First hires

A hiring pipeline and an onboarding checklist so the first engineers' first week is planned.

Funding rounds

A due-diligence checklist on an operations board, with each document request assigned.

Pilots and demos

A board per pilot customer, so their requests don't mix with the core roadmap.

My day

Everyone opens to today's items and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the right person with context.

Holidays and hiring in Germany

In a team of four, one absence changes the sprint. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays, including Christmas to New Year, Easter, and the public holidays and school summer holidays that differ by state. Founders in Munich follow Bavaria's calendar; a remote hire in another state may not.

Later, if the company has a works council (Betriebsrat), introducing software that could be used to monitor performance usually needs its agreement. ShipSprint has no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking, and time logs are entered by each person. That makes the conversation simpler, but the works council decides.

A full JSON export is available on every plan if you ever move on.
