Pick the tool once, not every eighteen months

Business, at ₹599, adds delivery forecasts, scorecards and the owner command center.
Which plan fits where you are

Free: boards for up to 5 people and 2 projects, such as the product and fundraising. Enough to see whether the way ShipSprint works suits you.
Team: time tracking and timesheets, GitHub sync, capacity planning that counts leave, the manager dashboard, and AI assistant access. Up to 40 users and 100 projects.
Business: delivery forecasts from measured velocity, an owner command center and Monday digest, scorecards, the audit log, and sign-in with Google or Microsoft.

What happens when you stop, or don't start, paying
A trial that ends in a locked workspace is a reason to be careful about trying anything. ShipSprint's trial is 14 days of the full Business plan with a sample project loaded, and it doesn't ask for a card. If nobody upgrades, the workspace continues on Free and nothing is deleted.
If you do pay and it turns out to be the wrong call, any paid charge is refunded in full within 7 days. And if you leave later, the full workspace exports as JSON, so your tasks and wiki pages come with you.
Day to day, the product tries to stay out of a small team's way. Everyone opens to a "my day" screen with their items for today and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the person who can help. The built-in wiki keeps decisions next to the work, with page history, so the reasoning behind an early product call is still there when the team has doubled.
Holidays and leave when the team is small
In a team of six, one person away is a sixth of the sprint. On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave and out-of-office. In Germany, plan around Easter, Christmas to New Year, and the school summer holidays and regional public holidays that differ by state, which matters as soon as your first remote hire lives outside Berlin. Berlin's own public holidays include International Women's Day on 8 March.
Signing up from Berlin: four things to know first
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Germany, and support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Berlin in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer, so a question sent first thing in a Berlin morning reaches India around the middle of the working day there.
Billing. Billing is per seat in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. Your bank converts the charge into euros. For a young GmbH or UG, ask your tax adviser how VAT works on a service bought from outside the EU.
Data protection. Startups in Germany are bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and candidate pipelines hold personal data from the first hire. Read the sub-processor list and the security overview, and check both against your own obligations and any customer contracts before that data goes in.
