Five reviewers, five sets of comments
When a client is a large organisation, a single piece of work can have many reviewers: the brand manager, their boss, someone from legal, a regional team, sometimes the head of the business. Their comments arrive separately, by email, on a call, as notes on a PDF, and some contradict each other.
The studio's real risk is acting on feedback before it's consolidated. A designer makes the brand manager's changes, then legal's comments arrive and undo half of them. Each round looks small; the total is days of work nobody priced in.
The other drain is new business. Pitches are unbilled by definition, and a busy agency can spend a surprising share of its studio hours on them without anyone knowing the figure. Without time records, the agency can't tell whether a pitch it lost cost a day or two weeks.
One place for feedback, one decision per round
Route every client comment into ShipSprint's triage inbox, whichever reviewer it came from and however it arrived. The account lead reads them together, settles conflicts with the client contact, and only then sends one consolidated set of changes to the studio as a task. Designers work from a single instruction instead of five inboxes.
On the client's board, approval stages are columns: internal review, with client, changes requested, approved. A WIP limit on "with client" warns the account team when too many pieces are waiting for sign-off at once, which is usually the moment to ask the client for a review meeting rather than send more drafts.
Keep the agreed brief, the approved key messages and the list of who signs off on what in the built-in wiki. Page history shows when the brief changed, which matters when the fourth reviewer asks for something the brief ruled out. Any line can become a task.
Knowing where the studio's hours go
Time tracking and timesheets are on Team and up.
Treat every new-business pitch as its own project, so the hours spent on it add up and can be compared with what the account would have earned.
Each round of changes is its own task, logged in about five seconds, so out-of-scope rounds have hours attached when you raise them.
The my-day screen shows each person today's items and an "I'm blocked" button for when they're waiting on the account team.
On Business, the owner command center across all clients and pitches, plus a Monday digest prepared for you.
Festive campaigns and festive leave
If your clients run Diwali or Holi campaigns, the creative work peaks in the weeks before the festival, when your own team is also asking for time off. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays, so the account team can see in advance whether the studio can carry the festive calendar, and brief work earlier if not. Regional festivals differ from state to state, so team members from other states may need days off that aren't on the agency's list; once entered as leave, the plan reflects them. If the studio works some Saturdays, plan on that week.
ShipSprint does not monitor anyone: no screenshots, no keystroke logging, no activity tracking. On Business, scorecards come from delivered work and self-logged hours, adjusted for leave, and each person sees their own.
Using ShipSprint from Delhi: before you sign up
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is developed in Hyderabad by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and billed in rupees with GST invoices. Support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. Support is on IST, as you are, and usually replies the same working day. Set the workspace up before the festive rush, not in the middle of it.
Billing. Each seat is charged in rupees through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST; the GST-compliant invoice supports input-tax credit if the agency has a valid GSTIN.
Data protection. Contest entries, lead forms and customer lists are personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and large clients may impose their own data terms. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and client agreements before any of it goes into a task.
