Why boards go stale as teams grow
With a handful of developers, everyone knows what everyone else is doing, so a slightly stale board doesn't hurt. Add a second squad and a few new hires, and the board becomes the only shared picture. That's exactly when it falls behind: cards waiting in "review" after the merge, tasks nobody remembers starting, and sprint reviews that open with ten minutes of tidying.
ShipSprint ties the board to GitHub on Team and up. A branch for a task moves its card, and the merged pull request closes it. The board stays as current as the repository without anyone adding a step to their workflow.
Per-column WIP limits do the rest. When review or QA is full, the column shows it, and the team clears the queue before starting more.

The "my day" screen shows each developer only what's on their plate today, with a one-tap time log beside each item.

On Team and up, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity connect over MCP, so a developer can check and update tasks from the terminal with their own permissions.
Bug reports and requests from sales or support go to a triage inbox. The tech lead decides what breaks into a sprint.
Architecture notes in the built-in wiki with page history, and any sentence can become a task.
Velocity, holidays and honest dates
On Business, delivery forecasts come from measured velocity and are recalculated as each sprint closes. After a few sprints the projected date reflects what this team really ships, so a lead can say early, and with evidence, that a date needs to move.
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. For a Peruvian team, Holy Week, the Fiestas Patrias on 28 and 29 July and Christmas to New Year take the most out of a sprint. Plan those sprints on the people who'll be at their desks.
Measurement stays on the work. There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking. If the team logs time, reminders go to the developer, not the manager, and Business scorecards are leave-adjusted and visible to the developer they describe.
Lima teams: what to know before you connect a repository

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, with your bank converting to soles. Ask your accountant how IGV or other Peruvian taxes apply to a foreign software service.
Data protection. Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733) applies if issues or logs contain users' personal data. Review the sub-processor list and security overview against your obligations and client contracts.
