Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the Philippines. Paid plans get support by email and in-app chat; Free has community support.

Time zones. IST is 2 hours 30 minutes behind Manila. Our day starts a little after yours and finishes after it, and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Paid plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts to pesos. Your accountant can say how Philippine VAT applies.

Data protection. The Data Privacy Act of 2012 covers personal data you collect from users and candidates. Before you put any in a workspace, read the sub-processor list and the security overview, and check them against your obligations and any contracts.
