Team, at ₹299 per user per month or ₹2,899 per user per year, adds work follow-ups, time tracking and timesheets, GitHub integration, the manager dashboard, out-of-office and capacity planning, email digests, and AI assistant access from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity over MCP. It covers up to 40 users and 100 projects.

Business, at ₹599 per user per month or ₹6,499 per user per year, adds the owner command center and Monday digest, delivery forecasts from measured velocity, scorecards and manager performance analytics, the workspace audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft, priority support and unlimited projects.

Planning around Holy Week and a long Christmas

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays. In the Philippines, the periods that most affect a sprint are Holy Week and a Christmas season that runs long, into early January. A deadline set for the first week of January needs to be planned on the hours people will actually work in December.

On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as each sprint closes, so a holiday-shortened stretch shows in the projected date early. Scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe. There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking anywhere in the product.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the Philippines. Support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 2 hours 30 minutes behind Manila all year. Your morning starts before ours, so a question sent first thing usually gets picked up once the Indian working day begins, and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to pesos. How Philippine VAT applies to a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. The Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 governs personal data. The sub-processor list names every provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview covers tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and full JSON export. Check both against your own obligations and client contracts.
