Customer requests that never reach the backlog
In a subscription business, every team hears from customers. Support gets the bug reports, customer success gets the "could it also do this?" questions, and sales gets asked what's coming next quarter. Most of it lands in personal inboxes and chats, and the product manager hears about it secondhand, if at all.
The consequence shows up later. A feature promised during a renewal call was never scheduled. A bug reported by three customers is still open because each report went to a different person.
ShipSprint gives every request one way in: a triage inbox. Support, success and sales add requests there with the customer context, and product decides what gets scheduled, merged with an existing card or declined. Nothing reaches an engineer's sprint without passing through that decision.
Release dates that customer-facing teams can repeat
The sprint board is only useful to sales and success if it's current. On Team and up, GitHub keeps it current: a branch moves its card and a merged pull request closes it, so nobody has to remember to drag cards before the weekly sync.
On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity at the end of each sprint. A release that's drifting shows up weeks early, while there's still time to cut scope or tell a customer a revised date before they find out on their own.
In Saudi Arabia that forecast has to cope with a calendar that moves. Ramadan, when working hours are often shorter, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays come about eleven days earlier each year. Velocity measured over those sprints feeds the forecast automatically. Separately, from Team upwards, capacity planning counts approved leave and public holidays when the next sprint is planned.
Each team in a SaaS company
Engineering, marketing, HR and operations templates on the same plan.
WIP-limited sprint boards that follow GitHub on Team and up, and AI assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor that work with the developer's own permissions.
Specs and decision records in the wiki, with page history. A sentence in a spec can become a task, so the plan and the backlog stay linked.
Requests go to the triage inbox with the customer's context, and the card shows when the fix is scheduled and when it ships.
Launch checklists planned against the forecast date, not the date on last quarter's roadmap slide.
On Business, the command center across every team and a Monday digest that arrives ready, plus a workspace audit log of who changed what.
Using ShipSprint from Riyadh: the practical side
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in Saudi Arabia, and support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Riyadh, the same all year. Your Sunday falls on our weekend, so a question raised then waits for the Indian Monday; from Monday to Thursday, support usually replies within the same working day, Indian time.
Billing. Seats are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the amount. How Saudi VAT applies to a subscription bought from abroad is for your accountant to confirm.
Data protection. If support tickets or feature requests you copy into ShipSprint include customer names or contact details, that's personal data under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against the PDPL and against what your own customer contracts promise.
