Start free, pay when it's worth it

A founding team of three or four doesn't need a procurement process. It needs somewhere to put the backlog that won't send an invoice before the product has users.

What changes as the team grows

Around the first engineers. Team, at ₹299 per user per month or ₹2,899 per year, adds GitHub integration, so branches move cards and merged pull requests close them. It also adds five-second time logging, timesheets, the manager dashboard, capacity planning, email digests, and access for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity over MCP. Team fits up to 40 users and 100 projects.

When investors ask about dates. Business, at ₹599 per user per month or ₹6,499 per year, adds delivery forecasts calculated from measured velocity as sprints close. A date that's slipping shows up weeks ahead, which gives a founder time to change scope before a board update rather than explain the miss afterwards. Business also brings the owner command center, the Monday digest, scorecards, the workspace audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft, priority support and unlimited projects.

Planning a small team's capacity

When there are five people, one person on leave is a fifth of the team. On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays.

In Saudi Arabia the dates that matter most are Ramadan, when working hours are often shorter, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha holidays, which move about eleven days earlier each year. If a launch or a funding milestone falls near them, check the calendar before promising the date. Sprints can also be set to run on the Sunday to Thursday week rather than a Monday start.

Whatever plan you're on, there are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking. On Business, scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe.

Signing up from Riyadh: four things to check

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India, builds and sells ShipSprint. It has no office or local entity in Saudi Arabia, and support comes by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Riyadh year round. For a founder, that means a question sent in the morning usually gets a reply the same working day, Indian time, as long as it's sent Monday to Thursday, when both weeks overlap.

Billing. Paid plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, with your bank converting to riyals. How Saudi VAT treats a foreign software subscription is worth a quick question to your accountant.

Data protection. Once you hold customer or user data, Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) applies to how you handle it. Look over the sub-processor list and the security overview, and check them against your own obligations and any contracts with customers.
