When your clients are banks, insurers or other regulated firms, the work doesn't end when the change goes live. Months later someone may ask who requested it, who approved it, who carried it out and when. If the answer lives in an email thread and a consultant's memory, putting it together takes days, and the consultant may have moved on.

ShipSprint keeps that trail as you work. Each client has its own project and board. A request comes in through the triage inbox, where it's checked against the contract and assigned. The card records who owns it. Columns can mirror your change process (requested, approved, scheduled, implemented, verified), and the built-in wiki holds the client's runbooks and decisions with page history.

On Business, the workspace audit log records changes in the workspace, including every action an AI assistant takes for a user. That's a record of the work in ShipSprint, not of the client's systems, but it answers the "who changed this card, and when" question without anyone reconstructing it.

Keeping clients apart

A firm with several financial clients needs each one's work kept separate, and some contracts say so explicitly. Inside one workspace, each client gets its own project and board. Where a contract asks for more than that, every workspace in ShipSprint is an isolated tenant, so a client with strict requirements can be run in a workspace of its own. Two-factor authentication is available to every user, and on Business people can sign in with Google or Microsoft. If a client's due diligence asks which tools hold their data, the sub-processor list is the document to give them.

Cover through Swiss holidays

Capacity planning counts public holidays as well as leave. In Switzerland, Christmas to New Year and Easter are the main periods to plan around, and public holidays differ by canton. Clients headquartered in other cantons, or with operations abroad, may have change windows on days your Zurich team is off, so set the cover rota with both calendars in view.

None of this involves monitoring your consultants. There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking. On Business, scorecards come from delivered work and self-logged hours, adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe.

Before a Zurich IT firm signs up

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India, builds and runs ShipSprint. We have no office or local entity in Switzerland, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Zurich in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Send questions in your morning and replies usually arrive the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Each seat is billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts it to francs. Your accountant can tell you how Swiss VAT applies to a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. You process client data under the revised FADP, and your clients' own regulatory and contractual requirements usually go further. Compare the sub-processor list and the security overview with those requirements, and with each client agreement, before client data goes into a ticket.
