Approved wording, kept where the team will find it

Once a client's compliance team has approved a disclaimer or a product description, using the same wording next time saves a round of review. Keep approved text in the built-in wiki, on the client's pages, with page history so you can see what was approved and what changed since. When a client sends a list of required changes, raise a card for each and type the keys on the page, so every change links to its work.

New requests from the client go into a triage inbox, where an account manager decides whether a request is part of the current job, a change that needs another compliance round, or new work to quote.

Swiss holidays and campaign timing

In Switzerland, Christmas to New Year and Easter are the periods when both your studio and the client's reviewers are most likely to be away, and public holidays differ by canton. A client whose compliance team sits in another canton may be closed on a day you're working. Put those dates into capacity planning when you set the review rounds, not after.
