Low commitment, by design

The 14-day trial is the full Business plan with a sample project loaded and no card. If nobody upgrades, the workspace continues on Free and nothing is deleted. If you do pay and change your mind, any paid charge is refunded in full within 7 days.

Every plan includes a full JSON export of the workspace, so the data is yours if you outgrow the tool. Each workspace is an isolated tenant, every user can turn on two-factor authentication, and there are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking anywhere in the product.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company in Hyderabad, India. It has no office or local entity in the UK, and support is handled by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of London in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support usually replies the same working day, Indian time, so a question sent first thing in London tends to be answered by early afternoon.

Billing. Each seat is charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge. If you're VAT-registered, check with your accountant how to treat a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Customer and candidate details are personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts before they go in.
