When nobody can see the whole company any more
At some point a growing company stops fitting in one person's head. Engineering has two or three teams, there's a client delivery group, a marketing team and an operations function, and each has picked its own tool. The leadership meeting starts with fifteen minutes of people reading out status from different screens.
ShipSprint puts those teams in one workspace, each with templates and vocabulary that suit its work: engineering, HR, marketing and operations, all on the same per-seat subscription. Teams keep their own boards and ways of working. Leadership gets one place to look.
On Business, at ₹599 per user per month, the owner command center brings every team into one view, and a Monday digest arrives with the week's picture already assembled. Delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as sprints close, so dates are based on how teams are actually moving.
Team managers and the people they manage
Each team lead needs a narrower view than leadership. On Team and up, the manager dashboard shows the team's work, capacity planning counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, and email digests keep people informed without another meeting. Time tracking is about five seconds per entry, next to the task just finished, and reminders go to the person who missed a day rather than their manager.
On Business, scorecards and manager performance analytics are added. Scorecards are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe. ShipSprint takes no screenshots, logs no keystrokes and does no activity tracking on any plan, which is worth being able to say clearly to staff and their representatives.
The individual's view stays simple: a "my day" screen with today's items, a one-tap time log and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in the right colleague with the context attached.
Who uses what
Every team on the same subscription, with features that match its job.
WIP-limited sprint boards and a triage inbox. On Team and up, GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them.
A project per client with logged hours and timesheets on Team and up.
Hiring pipelines, onboarding checklists and operational routines, with a built-in wiki for policies and how-tos.
On Business, the owner command center, Monday digest, forecasts and scorecards.
What your IT and security colleagues will ask
London is the UK's main financial centre, and companies that work with financial firms are used to detailed supplier questions. The short answers: every workspace is an isolated tenant, two-factor authentication is available to every user, and the full workspace can be exported as JSON on every plan. Business adds sign-in with Google or Microsoft and the workspace audit log, which also records actions taken by AI assistants connected over MCP.
Capacity planning is also where the UK calendar comes in. The bank holiday weekends, Easter and Christmas to New Year take a noticeable share of capacity out of every team at once, so leadership plans and team sprints should both allow for them.
Using ShipSprint from London: what to know first
Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in the UK, and support works through email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of London in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question from your morning arrives during the Indian working afternoon and is usually answered the same working day, Indian time. Business includes priority support.
Billing. Seats are charged per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the amount to sterling. How VAT applies to a service bought from outside the UK, for instance under the reverse charge, is a question for your finance team or accountant.
Data protection. Personal data in your workspace is covered by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The sub-processor list names the providers that handle workspace data, and the security overview describes the controls. Check both against your own obligations and client contracts.
