People open ShipSprint to a “my day” screen: what's due today, a one-tap time log on Team and up, and an “I'm blocked” button that pulls in the person who can help, with the card's context attached. A card's column is its status, so nobody needs a meeting to find out where something stands.
Time logging takes about five seconds, next to the task that was just finished. Reminders about a missing entry go to the person, not their manager, and there are no screenshots, no keystroke logs and no activity tracking.
Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. In England that means the bank holiday weekends, Easter, and Christmas to New Year; if your team also follows an academic or client calendar, those absences go in as leave and the sprint plan accounts for them.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Oxford in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Our working day overlaps with your morning, and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time, so send setup questions early.
Billing. Plans are charged per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay; your bank converts the charge to sterling. How VAT applies to a service bought from a supplier outside the UK is a question for your accountant.
Data protection. Personal data you hold falls under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Read the sub-processor list and the security overview, then check them against your own duties, any funder or client contract, and your internal data policy before storing personal data in the workspace.
