Client work pays, the product is the point

Not every startup is funded by investors. Plenty of small technology companies run a consulting or contracting line to pay salaries while they build a product of their own. In the UK, that means the bank holiday weekends, Easter, and Christmas to New Year are in the plan from the start.

Business, at ₹599, adds delivery forecasts from measured velocity, which help once you start promising product dates to early customers, along with the owner command center, scorecards and the audit log. You can try all of it for 14 days, no card, and fall back to Free afterwards with nothing deleted.

Throughout, there are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking. The hours are what people log.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in the UK, and support is via email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Reading in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Questions sent in your morning usually get a reply the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. We charge per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the amount. If your company is VAT-registered, ask your accountant how to treat a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Your clients' data and your own customers' data are both covered by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and client contracts often add their own rules. Check the sub-processor list and security overview against both before storing personal data.
