Team includes the manager dashboard and capacity planning, which counts approved leave and out-of-office. Plan carefully around Thanksgiving week in late November, Independence Day on 4 July and the end-of-December holidays, when both your developers and the people who need to test their work are away. Time logging on Team takes about five seconds, reminders go to the developer, and there are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is developed by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in the US, and support works by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 11 hours 30 minutes ahead of Houston in winter and 10 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Support usually replies the same working day, Indian time, so most answers arrive overnight for you; if your IT or procurement team has questions, send them in writing well before your rollout date.

Billing. Billing is per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to dollars. Whether sales tax applies to software bought from abroad is for your finance team or accountant to confirm.

Data protection. The US has no single federal privacy law; state laws such as California's CCPA and sector rules such as HIPAA apply depending on the data involved. Your company may also have its own vendor rules. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against all of those before employee or customer data goes into cards.
