When every department runs its own tracker
Most companies don't choose their project tools all at once. Engineering adopts a sprint board, HR keeps onboarding in a spreadsheet, operations runs recurring jobs from a shared calendar, and the management team learns what's happening in a weekly meeting where each lead reads out their own list. Each tool works for the people inside it. Nobody can see the whole picture without asking for it.

Boards carry per-column WIP limits, so a column that's full looks full before anyone adds to it. The built-in wiki keeps decisions next to the work they affect, with page history, and any sentence on a page can be turned into a task.
Planning a quarter that has Easter or 1 November in it
A plan built on full weeks breaks quietly in the weeks that aren't full. In Poland the dates that most often thin out a team are Easter, All Saints' Day on 1 November, and the stretch from Christmas to New Year, plus whatever leave people take around them.
On Team and Business, capacity planning counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, so a sprint that includes 1 November is planned for the people who will actually be at work. The manager dashboard shows the load across the team in one place, without anyone building a spreadsheet for it.
On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from the team's measured velocity as each sprint closes. A short holiday sprint shows up in the date, so a slip is visible early rather than explained afterwards. Business also adds scorecards, which are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the person they describe. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking on any plan.

Status that doesn't need a meeting
Everyone opens to a "my day" screen rather than the full backlog: today's items, a one-tap time log, and an "I'm blocked" button that pulls in the person who can help, with the context attached. On Team and up, logging time takes about five seconds beside the task just finished, and a missed day sends a reminder to that person, not to their manager.
On Team and Business, people can also query the workspace from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Antigravity over MCP. The assistant has only the permissions of the person using it, so it can't see or change anything they couldn't.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. We have no office or local entity in Poland, and support is provided by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Warsaw in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question sent in your morning reaches us in the Indian afternoon, and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.
Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge into złoty. How Polish VAT applies to a service bought from outside the EU is a question for your accountant.
Data protection. As a Polish company you work under the EU's GDPR. Our sub-processor list names each provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview describes tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and full JSON export. Check both against your own obligations and any client contracts before you move personal data in.
