From a customer's request to a shipped release

In a subscription business, the backlog is shaped by people outside the building. Customers report bugs, ask for integrations and threaten to churn over missing features. Those requests reach support, sales and customer success through different channels, and each team keeps its own list.

By the time a request reaches engineering, the link back to the customer is usually gone. The fix ships, nobody tells the person who asked, and product hears about the problem again at renewal. The roadmap, meanwhile, is a slide that drifts away from the board as each sprint closes.

Release dates you can repeat to a customer

On Team and up, the engineering board follows GitHub: a branch moves its card when work starts, and a merged pull request closes it. Nobody has to remember to drag a card across before the sprint review.

Business adds delivery forecasts, recalculated from the team's measured velocity at the end of each sprint. If a release promised to a customer for next quarter is drifting, it shows up while there's still time to cut scope or tell the account manager. Business also includes the owner command center and a Monday digest across every team.

Check release plans against the Polish calendar as well. Easter, All Saints' Day on 1 November and the Christmas to New Year period are when fewer people are around to ship a release and support it afterwards. Capacity planning on Team and up counts those holidays and approved leave, so a sprint isn't planned for people who are away.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint comes from Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. We have no office or local entity in Poland. Support runs through email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Warsaw in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Send setup questions early in your day and you'll usually hear back the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Seats are charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay and converted to złoty by your bank. Your accountant should confirm how Polish VAT treats a service bought from outside the EU.

Data protection. Your own customers will ask about the GDPR in their security reviews, and they may ask which vendors see their data. If support tickets copied into ShipSprint carry customer details, check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and your customer contracts first.
