What to pay for, and when

An early startup's tool budget is a set of small decisions that add up. A sprint board here, a wiki there, a time tracker for the one client project that keeps the lights on. Each is cheap until there are six of them, each with its own login and its own copy of the truth.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Poland, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Warsaw in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. If you're setting up during your morning, our replies usually come within the same Indian working day.

Billing. Paid plans are charged per seat in Indian rupees via Razorpay, with your bank converting to złoty. For how Polish VAT handles a service bought from outside the EU, ask your accountant.

Data protection. The GDPR applies as soon as you store anyone's personal data, including candidates in a hiring pipeline. The sub-processor list and the security overview are worth reading against your obligations and any customer contracts before you do.
