Planning a small team around Spanish holidays

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Madrid in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Questions sent during the Madrid morning usually get a reply the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Paid plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the amount to euros. How VAT applies to a service bought from outside the EU is for your accountant or gestor to confirm.

Data protection. Even a small startup is covered by the GDPR once it holds personal data about customers or candidates. Read the sub-processor list and the security overview and check them against your obligations and any customer agreements.
