Status anyone can read without asking

Most teams don't need more meetings to know where work stands. They need a board that's accurate without someone chasing it. When the only way to find out whether something is on track is to ask the person doing it, the question gets asked a dozen times a week, and the answer is only as current as the last conversation.

ShipSprint is built so the board answers the question itself. A card's column is its status. On Team and up, GitHub branches move engineering cards and merged pull requests close them. A blocked task is raised with one tap from the "my day" screen, which pulls in the person who can help, with the context attached. New requests from the rest of the company go into a triage inbox instead of somebody's chat.

All of it is on one subscription, priced per seat: boards, sprints, time logging and a built-in wiki. Team is ₹299 per user per month. Business is ₹599 and adds delivery forecasts, scorecards and the owner command center. Up to 5 people can use the core boards on Free, with no time limit.

Planning a year that has a summer in it

In Sweden the calendar has a clear shape. Midsummer in June, the long summer holiday in July, and Christmas to New Year are the stretches when capacity drops furthest, and July in particular can take a large share of a team out at once. A roadmap that ignores that ends up with a plan for July that nobody is around to deliver.

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, so the sprints before and after the break are planned with the people who will actually be there. On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as each sprint closes. By late spring you can see which dates hold before the summer and which belong in August, while there's still time to say so.

The built-in wiki carries the handover. Decisions sit next to the work they affect, with page history, and any sentence can become a task, so whoever is covering in July can see what was decided and why.

Hours and scorecards, without monitoring

Time logging on Team and up takes about five seconds next to the task just finished, and a reminder for a missing day goes to the person who owes it rather than to their manager. ShipSprint has no screenshots, no keystroke logging and no activity tracking. On Business, scorecards are built from delivered work and the hours people log themselves, adjusted for approved leave, and visible to the person they describe.

On Team and Business, people can also ask the workspace questions from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Antigravity over MCP. The assistant can only do what that person could do themselves.

Buying ShipSprint from Stockholm: what to know first

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Sweden or elsewhere in the EU. Support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Stockholm in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question sent in the Stockholm morning lands in the Indian afternoon, and replies usually come the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Seats are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge into kronor. How Swedish VAT applies to a service bought from outside the EU is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. Swedish companies are covered by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The sub-processor list names each provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview covers tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and the JSON export on every plan. Check both against your obligations and client contracts before personal data goes in.
