A tool you won't have to migrate away from

The first project tool a startup picks is often the one that was free and quick to set up. A year later, with engineers, a first sales hire and someone doing operations, it either can't do what the team needs or the next tier costs more than expected. Then comes a migration in the middle of everything else.

ShipSprint is meant to cover that whole stretch on one product. The Free plan gives up to 5 users and 2 projects the core boards, with every project template and no time limit. Team, at ₹299 per user per month, adds GitHub sync, time tracking, the manager dashboard, capacity planning and AI assistant access, for up to 40 users. Business, at ₹599, adds delivery forecasts, scorecards, the owner command center, the audit log and unlimited projects. The workflow you set up at three people still works at thirty.

And if you do leave, the full workspace exports as JSON on every plan.

Time the trial so it's worth something

The trial is 14 days of the full Business plan, with a sample project loaded and no card. If nobody upgrades, the workspace carries on as Free with nothing deleted. Two weeks goes quickly, so it's worth starting it when the team is actually working: not the week before Midsummer, and not in the middle of the July holiday or between Christmas and New Year, when nobody is around to try anything.

A good test is one real sprint. Connect GitHub so branches move cards and merged pull requests close them, have everyone log time for a week from the "my day" screen, and look at what the forecast says when the sprint closes. That tells you more than any feature list. If you then pay and change your mind, any paid charge is refunded in full within 7 days.

Small teams feel the summer most

When there are four of you and two take the July holiday at once, half the company is away. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays, so sprint commitments before and after the break match who is actually in. Plan Midsummer and Christmas to New Year the same way.

Nothing in ShipSprint monitors people: no screenshots, no keystroke logging, no activity tracking. Hours are what people log themselves.

Before a Stockholm startup signs up

Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. ShipSprint has no office or local entity in Sweden, and support comes through email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Stockholm in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. A question sent in the Stockholm morning usually gets a reply the same working day, Indian time.

Billing. Paid plans are billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to kronor. How VAT applies to a service bought from outside the EU is for your accountant to confirm.

Data protection. As soon as you hold data about users or candidates, the GDPR applies, whatever your size. Read the sub-processor list and the security overview, and check them against your obligations and any customer agreements.
