Customers everywhere, one product team

A SaaS company in Switzerland is rarely selling only to Switzerland. Customers in the EU, the UK, the Gulf or further away all send feedback, bug reports and feature requests, often in different languages and through different channels: a support ticket from one, an email to the account manager from another, a comment on a call from a third.

When those requests are scattered, product decisions get made on whoever was heard most recently. The same request arrives three times from three regions and is counted three times, or never connected at all.

ShipSprint gives every request one way in: a triage inbox. Product reviews it, spots the duplicates, decides what becomes work and puts it on the right board. The request keeps its context, so when the fix ships, the people who talked to the customer know to tell them.

Release dates you can give a customer

An enterprise customer in another country will ask when a feature is coming, and someone in sales or success will answer. The answer is only as good as the information behind it. On Team and up, ShipSprint's boards follow GitHub, so branches move cards and merged pull requests close them, and the board shows what's actually built. On Business, delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as each sprint closes. A date that won't hold shows up weeks ahead, while the account manager still has time to reset expectations.

Release notes and specs go in the built-in wiki with page history. Any sentence in a spec can become a task, so what product promised and what engineering built stay linked.

Across the company

Who uses it, and for what

Engineering

Sprints on boards with per-column WIP limits, kept in step with GitHub on Team and up.

Product

The triage inbox, specs in the wiki and a backlog built from decisions rather than the latest message.

Customer success

A clear view of what's scheduled, and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in an engineer with the context attached.

Developers with assistants

On Team and up, Claude Code, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and Antigravity connect over MCP, with the user's own permissions.

Leadership

On Business, the owner command center, the Monday digest and the workspace audit log.

When your customers ask about your vendors

Many SaaS customers send a security questionnaire before signing, and one of the questions is usually which third parties see their data. If customer personal data is copied into ShipSprint tasks, for example in a support ticket, ShipSprint becomes part of that answer. If it isn't, it may not need to be. Decide which way you want it before the first ticket goes in.

What you can tell a customer about ShipSprint itself: every workspace is an isolated tenant, two-factor authentication is available to every user, the full workspace can be exported as JSON on every plan, and on Business people can sign in with Google or Microsoft. There are no screenshots, keystroke logging or activity tracking of your own staff.

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. In Switzerland, plan releases around Christmas to New Year and Easter, and remember that cantonal holidays differ, which matters if your support staff work from more than one canton.

Using ShipSprint from Geneva: the practical side

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is a product of Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. of Hyderabad, India. It has no office or local entity in Switzerland, and support runs through email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Geneva in winter and 3 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Morning questions from Geneva are usually answered the same working day, Indian time; something sent late in your afternoon may wait for the next.

Billing. Each seat is billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts to Swiss francs. The VAT treatment of a service bought from abroad is one for your accountant.

Data protection. As a Swiss company you work under the revised FADP, and EU customers may expect GDPR terms as well. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against both and against your customer contracts.
