Delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as sprints close, so a date drifting out of reach is visible weeks ahead. On Team and Business, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity connect to the workspace over MCP. Anyone can ask "what's blocked this sprint?" in plain language, and the assistant can only see and do what that person could.

Sprint capacity and the Irish calendar

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and out-of-office alongside public holidays, so sprints are planned on the people who'll actually be in. In Ireland that means St Patrick's Day on 17 March, the bank holiday weekends through the year, each of which takes a working day out of the sprint it falls in, and the stretch from Christmas to New Year.

If your colleagues sit in other countries, their holidays won't match yours. Putting both sets of absences into the plan is what stops a cross-border release being scheduled for a day when half the people needed are off.

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Ireland or elsewhere in the EU, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Dublin in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. The Indian afternoon overlaps your morning, so questions sent early in the Dublin day usually get a reply the same working day; something raised late in your afternoon will normally be picked up at the start of the next Indian working day.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to euros. How Irish VAT applies to a service bought from outside the EU, for example under reverse-charge rules, is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. Irish organisations work under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The sub-processor list names every provider that handles workspace data, and the security overview covers tenant isolation, two-factor authentication and JSON export. Check both against your own obligations, and any group or client policies, before personal data goes in.
