Choosing a tool you won't have to replace at twenty people

So before features, a founder should ask three things: does the free version run out, what does the first paid step cost, and can we take our data with us?

Try everything, then decide
The trial is 14 days of the full Business plan for the whole team, with a sample project loaded and no card needed. Use it to find out which paid features you'd actually use. If nobody upgrades, the workspace drops back to Free with nothing deleted. If you pay and regret it, any charge is refunded in full within 7 days.
When the team settles, annual billing (₹2,899 per user on Team, ₹6,499 on Business) costs less than paying month by month.
What a small founding team gets from one plan
Engineering, HR, marketing and operations templates share one login, so the founder doing three jobs pays for one tool.

Five people, and someone's always off
In a team this small, one absence is a fifth of capacity. On Team and up, capacity planning counts approved leave, out-of-office and public holidays, so a launch isn't set for the week after St Patrick's Day on 17 March when two of five are away, or squeezed into the gap between Christmas and New Year. Bank holiday weekends each take a working day out, too.
Day to day, everyone starts on the "my day" screen: today's items, a one-tap time log, and an "I'm blocked" button that brings in whoever can help. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking.
Buying ShipSprint from Dublin: what to know
Who you're buying from. Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in Ireland, and support is by email and in-app chat.
Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Dublin in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. Ask in your morning and you'll usually hear back the same working day; a late-afternoon question will normally be answered once the Indian day starts again.
Billing. Charges are per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay, converted to euros by your bank. Your accountant can say how Irish VAT treats a service bought from outside the EU.
Data protection. Once you hold customer or employee data, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, and early customers may ask about your suppliers. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and any customer contracts.
