Ship in July, or wait for September?

For a subscription product, a release isn't finished when it merges. Somebody has to watch the error rates, answer the first support tickets and fix the bug that only shows up with real customer data. A release that lands the week before half the team leaves for August can be worse than one that waits.

Making that call needs two numbers most teams don't have in one place: whether the release is genuinely on track, and who will be working in the fortnight after it ships. The first usually lives in a roadmap slide, the second in an HR spreadsheet.

After launch, customer reports go into a triage inbox rather than an engineer's direct messages. Product decides which ones are fixes for this week and which are requests for the roadmap. Specs and launch notes sit in the built-in wiki with page history, and any sentence in them can become a task.

Developers who live in the editor can work the board from there. On Team and Business, Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP and can only do what that developer could do. On Business, each assistant action is in the workspace audit log.

Who you're buying from. The company behind ShipSprint is Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in Portugal, and support runs by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Lisbon in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer. If you're connecting GitHub or migrating a backlog, do it in your morning, when a reply can still come the same Indian working day.

Billing. Per-seat charges are in Indian rupees through Razorpay, converted to euros by your bank. How Portuguese VAT treats a service from a non-EU supplier is for your accountant to confirm.

Data protection. Your customers will expect GDPR compliance from you, and enterprise buyers may ask which of your vendors see their data. If support tickets carry customer details, review the sub-processor list and the security overview against those obligations and your customer contracts.
