The release that was due in September

A SaaS roadmap is a promise to customers, and a few of those promises fall in awkward places. A feature planned for "after the summer" depends on sprints in July and August, when the periods that most affect capacity in Spain begin: August itself, then later Christmas through to Epiphany on 6 January, plus Holy Week and regional holidays such as Catalonia's.

When your own customers ask about your vendors

If your customers ask which third parties will process their data, the answer has to be complete. If your support or success team copies customer tickets, names or account details into a project tool, that tool may need to be on the list you give them.

What a Barcelona SaaS company should check first
