If your clients are abroad, their holidays won't match these. Add their closures as out-of-office for the people on that account, and agree delivery dates on real capacity.

Clear about what it doesn't do

There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking. Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is built by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, India. There is no office or local entity in Vietnam, and support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 1 hour 30 minutes behind Ho Chi Minh City all year. Our working day starts and finishes a little after yours, so a question raised before a client call later in the day usually gets a reply the same working day.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, and your bank converts the charge to dong. How VAT, or tax on payments to foreign suppliers, applies to a service bought from abroad is a question for your accountant.

Data protection. Decree 13/2023 and the newer Personal Data Protection Law cover personal data in Vietnam, and overseas clients' contracts often add their own conditions.
