Invoices that match the work

Timesheets on Team and up collect each engineer's week. Because every ticket belongs to a client's project, the hours arrive grouped by client, ready for whoever prepares the monthly invoice. If a fixed-fee client is taking far more time than their contract assumed, the logs show it in the first weeks rather than at renewal.

The manager dashboard on Team shows who is handling what. On Business, the owner command center brings every client into one screen and the Monday digest arrives already put together, so the owner can see which accounts are heavy without asking each engineer.

There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking. Scorecards on Business are adjusted for approved leave and visible to the engineer they describe.

Covering the holidays

Clients still need support when your team is short. Tết is usually the longest break of the year, and Reunification Day and Labour Day come together at the end of April and the start of May. Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays per person, so you can see who is covering which clients before the break starts, and plan the maintenance jobs that are better done while client offices are closed.

Time zones. IST is 1 hour 30 minutes behind Ho Chi Minh City throughout the year. Most of your working day overlaps with ours, and replies usually come the same working day, which is enough to get a coordinator set up within a day.

Billing. Billed per seat in Indian rupees through Razorpay; your bank converts the charge to dong. Ask your accountant how VAT, or tax on payments to foreign suppliers, applies to a service bought from abroad.

Data protection. Vietnam's Decree 13/2023 and the newer Personal Data Protection Law apply to personal data, and tickets often contain client staff names and contact details. Check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and each client contract first.
