ShipSprint gives that stream one destination. New requests go into a triage inbox, where someone decides once a day what's urgent, what goes on the roadmap and what gets a polite no. Accepted items move to a board with per-column WIP limits, so the team can see when it has started more than it can finish.

The Free plan covers this for up to 5 users and 2 projects, with core boards and all project templates and no time limit. It doesn't include time tracking, GitHub integration, forecasts or AI assistants.

When to pay, and for what

Team, ₹299 per user per month. Worth it once you have engineers pushing code every day. GitHub branches move cards and merged pull requests close them, so the board stays current without anyone dragging cards. Time tracking and timesheets help if you're also doing paid client work on the side. Capacity planning, out-of-office, the manager dashboard, email digests and AI assistant access over MCP come with it, for up to 40 users and 100 projects.

Business, ₹599 per user per month. Worth it when a date matters to someone outside the team: an investor demo, a merchant launch, a campaign tied to a sale day. Delivery forecasts are recalculated from measured velocity as sprints close, so a slipping date shows up while you can still cut scope. Business also adds the owner command center and Monday digest, scorecards, the audit log, sign-in with Google or Microsoft and priority support.

The 14-day trial is the full Business plan with a sample project and no card, and if nobody upgrades, the workspace stays on Free with nothing deleted.

Small teams feel every holiday

Capacity planning on Team and up counts approved leave and public holidays. In a team of four, Tết, usually the longest break of the year, can mean nobody is around to fix a production bug, and Reunification Day and Labour Day at the end of April and the start of May make another long gap. Plan releases so nothing risky ships the day before everyone leaves.

There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or activity tracking at any plan level. Each person starts on a "my day" screen with only today's items.

Signing up from Ho Chi Minh City: what to know first

Who you're buying from. ShipSprint is made by Quantuva Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. There's no office or local entity in Vietnam. Support is by email and in-app chat.

Time zones. IST is 1 hour 30 minutes behind Ho Chi Minh City all year. Most of your working day overlaps with ours, and replies usually come the same working day.

Billing. Seats are billed per user in Indian rupees through Razorpay, monthly or yearly, and your bank converts the charge to dong. How VAT, or tax on payments to foreign suppliers, applies to software bought from abroad is for your accountant.

Data protection. Vietnam's rules on personal data come from Decree 13/2023 and the newer Personal Data Protection Law. User complaints often include phone numbers, order details or screenshots of accounts, so check the sub-processor list and the security overview against your obligations and your own terms before pasting them into the triage inbox.
